I'll reach out personally to let you know if your date is available, and we'll schedule a consult call. This is where I learn about your vision—the vibe, the feeling, the photos that matter most. I'll walk you through how I work on a wedding day and answer any questions you have. By the end of our call, we'll know which collection fits what you're dreaming of.
No.02 / Connection
When you're ready, I'll send your contract and invoice in one streamlined place. Choose your own payment plan—we'll find what works for your timeline.
No.03 / Book Your Date
You can text, call, or email me anytime with questions. I'll help you build your timeline (or work directly with your planner if you have one). If you book a collection that includes an engagement session, we'll schedule that too. About a month before your wedding, I'll send a detailed questionnaire so I know exactly what you need—your top must-have photos, family dynamics, ceremony preferences, all of it.
No.04 / The In-Between
I show up ready, you focus on being present. By the morning after your wedding, you'll receive 25-75 sneak peek images in an online gallery. Then, every week, I'll upload more photos as I edit—100-200 at a time—so you're not waiting months to relive your day. Your complete gallery (500+ images) will be delivered within 6-8 weeks.
No.05 / Your Day & Delivery
Yes! You can order prints directly through your online gallery. Heirloom albums are available as an add-on, and you’re welcome to add one before your wedding or anytime afterward.
Do you offer prints and albums?

I recommend at least 8 hours to fully capture your day—from details and getting ready to the grand exit. If you have a larger wedding party, want candid getting-ready moments, or prefer time for portraits before the ceremony, 10 hours is ideal. My Deluxe Collection or Weekend Documentary Experience is perfect for fuller, story-driven coverage.
How many hours of coverage do we need?

You’re not alone, and I’ve got you. I guide you every step of the way with natural, movement-based prompts so the session feels more like spending time with your person than posing for photos. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely yourselves.
What if we aren’t comfortable in front of the camera?

I arrive with multiple camera bodies, lenses, memory cards, and lighting options. Your images are backed up to several locations immediately after your wedding to ensure everything is protected.
What is your backup plan for equipment or emergencies?

Yes. I carry full professional liability insurance and can provide documentation if your venue requires it.
